Faith and Politics
Read this great post by a Christian Democrat who struggles to reconcile her faith to the party's lack of accetance of her faith as well as the general policy positions on faith.  Many Christians want to stay with the Democratic party because of social justice issues, but wind up feeling the same way Above Average Jane does.  As a Christian, we know the end (see Revelation), so the means can never justify the end (it is already decided).  We need to focus on the here and now.  Be obedient to God's commands and live in joy.
